At Drain.pro we charge shipping according to Real-Time UPS quotes. To estimate shipping, after adding an item to your cart, you can then enter in the destination zip code for delivery and click the “Estimate” button. You will then be provided Real-Time UPS shipping quotes to your destination for all offered shipping methods.

We’re always committed to getting your drain.pro products to you as quickly as possible. To accomplish this, please consider these points when deciding the best shipping method for your order:

• We can’t guarantee same day shipping. If you need your products delivered by a specific day, please select a shipping method based on your order shipping the day following the day you place it, not the same day.
• Shipping time is calculated in business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in the calculation.
• The day of pickup is not included in shipping time. (If UPS picks up a 3-day order on Monday, they’ll deliver it on Thursday.)
• Ground shipping may take up to 5-7 business days, regardless of your proximity to Pennsylvania. If you need your order by a certain date, consider selecting an upgraded shipping method to ensure you receive them on time.
• Any items that ship truck freight will be quoted, due to UPS regulations, over-sized packages may incur extra shipping costs.

Here’s what to do if you need to return a original condition part to Drain.pro:
1. Prior to returning any parts, contact Drain.pro for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing or calling us at service@drain.pro or phone 888.855.1980.

To expedite the process, please have the following information ready: receipt number and email address
Be sure to indicate which part numbers and quantities are being returned and the reason for the return. RA Numbers are valid for 30 days; however, please review the specific rules (above) for time restrictions based on the type of return.

Please Note: NO credit will be given for parts returned without an RA Number or for parts not specifically listed on the Return Authorization Request. Be sure to specify in your request all parts you would like to return. There will also be no credit issued on parts that are not in original condition and/or have been installed or especially had chemical or even water run through them in operation.

You will receive an email from us within 24-48 hours (excluding holidays & weekends) with your RA Number, along with complete return instructions.

Make sure your RA Number is prominently displayed on the outside of the box. To expedite your credit, please include a copy of your original invoice inside the box. Sorry, COD shipments will NOT be accepted. Drain.pro will not be responsible for any lost or misdirected returns shipped to us so please be sure to insure your package!

Note on International Returns: All packages being returned to Drain.pro from outside the USA MUST be marked on the OUTSIDE of the box as a “Return of Merchandise” to avoid additional taxes, customs/duties and brokerage fees. Any paperwork filled out for shipment should also indicate that it is a return of merchandise previously purchased and the date of the original purchase so there is no confusion that this is a return of merchandise on which customs/duties have already been assessed and paid.

Any international returns not identified as returned merchandise will be subject to a charge back to the customer of any taxes, customs/duties and brokerage fees assessed to Drain.pro

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the returned parts and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund for the returned parts will be issued to the same account used to make your original purchase. All applicable sales taxes (if any) will also be refunded. Sorry, no credit will be issued for any freight or other charges.

You will receive an email from us indicating the amount credited to your credit card or other form of payment. Please note that credit on your credit card statement may not appear immediately, depending upon the policies of your credit card issuer.
